Voucher code terms and conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the 1.5GB NZ Data promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees)
2. The Promotion begins at 00:01am, 7 July 2014 and ends midnight on 3 August 2014 (the Promotion Period).
3. Subject to clause 4, the Promotion is open to a 2degrees customer (a Promotion Participant) who during the Promotion Period:
1. Purchases a 2degrees endorsed handset (2degrees Handset) from the 2degrees online store or any 2degrees retailer; and
2. Successfully signs up to Your 2degrees and 2degrees World; and
3. Enters the Promotion voucher code received with the purchased 2degrees Handset (Code) into the designated 2degrees 1.5GB NZ Data Promotion web page (Promotion Page).
4. This Promotion is not open to a 2degrees customer who is on any 2degrees Business Plan or Service, or to employees of 2degrees.
5. When a Promotion Participant successfully enters a valid Code into the Promotion Page they will be entitled to receive 1.5GB NZ Data which will be allocated to the Promotion Participants in 512MB allotments each month over 3 months only (Data).
6. Data is NZ Data in New Zealand (or such other country as may be advised by 2degrees) and will be valid for 1 month. Calls to premium rate numbers and voicemail are excluded. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute. Data will not carryover to the following months.
7. Allocation of 512MB will occur on the date of successful entry of the Code into the Promotion Page, and thereafter at the end of their validity period the following month (for a total of 3 months)
8. Data is subject to the general terms and conditions for use of 2degrees mobile telecommunications services available on 2degrees’ website at www.2degreesmobile.co.nz.
9. Data will be allocated only to the Promotion Participant’s 2degrees Account associated with 2degrees World.
10. Each Promotion Participant may enter a Code into the Promotion Page only once to receive the Data.
11. Data must be redeemed by entering a valid Code into the Promotion Page by midnight 3 August 2014.
12. It is the Promotion Participant’s responsibility to enter a valid Code correctly. 2degrees takes no responsibility for Promotion Participant not receiving the Minutes as a result of incorrectly entering their Code.
13. Data is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
14. 2degrees is not liable to any Promotion Participant for any delays with respect to applying the Data to their 2degrees Account within any specified time frames. 2degrees is also not liable to you if you don’t receive any specified notification regarding your Data prize.
15. 2degrees takes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries and prizes. Entries are deemed to be received at the time the Code is inputted in the Promotion Page.
16. 2degrees assumes no responsibility for, and entrants release 2degrees from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury to person or property as a result of the Promotion Participant’s entry into this Promotion or the conduct of this Promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
17. 2degrees’ decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 2degrees reserves the right to extend, change, or terminate this Promotion at any time.
18. Each Promotion Participant is deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of purchasing their 2degrees Handset during the Promotion Period.
